We check public broker listing pages that their robots.txt allows.
We record title, location, price, revenue, cash flow, broker, URL and date seen.
We add a short snapshot and standard diligence questions. These are not advice.
Every listing links to the original. Brokers can request removal any time.

How do I buy a business in Idaho?
Pick a buy box (industry, price, location), review listings, sign the broker's NDA to get financials, verify cash flow with a CPA, line up financing (often an SBA 7(a) loan or seller financing), then negotiate an LOI and purchase agreement with an attorney. This site helps with step two: it gathers public Idaho listings in one place and links to each broker.
What is SDE or cash flow?
Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) is the pre-tax profit a single owner-operator takes home: net income plus owner salary, interest, depreciation, and one-time or personal expenses. Brokers often label it "cash flow." Ask what add-backs are included before you rely on it.
What multiples do Idaho businesses sell for?
We don't have sale prices, only asking prices. In our Oct 16, 2026 snapshot, 42 of 69 public listings disclose both asking price and cash flow. Their asking-price-to-cash-flow multiple has a median of 2.67x (range 1.16x–6.87x). For the 25 listings asking under $500,000, the median is 2.22x. Final sale prices are often different.
Where do these listings come from?
Public pages from Arthur Berry & Company, Laska Company, Murphy Business Idaho, Sunbelt Network, Transworld Business Advisors. We copy only teaser fields (title, location, price, revenue, cash flow) and link to the original listing. We don't access gated or NDA material.
How often is the data updated?
The current snapshot is dated Oct 16, 2026. Each listing shows the date we last saw it. Always confirm current status with the broker.
Is this financial advice?
No. Summaries and diligence questions are research prompts only. Work with a CPA, attorney, and lender before making an offer.
